The Animal Behavior Academy, near Gypsum, Colorado sits on a ranch at the foot of the Flat Tops Wilderness area where the lazy Colorado River extends its bank for nearly a mile. Large fields of grass and miles of open wilderness provide the perfect setting for our Academy.
This is the place where the sun kisses snow covered plateaus while the soft gurgle of running water soothes the soul. Our large, grassy fields are the ideal place for exciting agility courses and tranquil walks.
The Bureau of Land Management borders the property, so if our 6 acres isn't big enough we have thousands of acres out our back door. Ute Indian trails dating back over a century criss-cross their way up the bluff while several other Jeep and hiking trails resonate from our fertile river valley. This truly is an enchanting location for the best animal training school you can get!
